CNAME's are not propgating causing iCloud email to not authenticate

I have done a ton of searching on this and I have made sure the records are not proxied as that turns it into an A record. However even after 24 hours I cannot get the CNAMES to resolve i’ve checked at:

This is the strangest bug to me, hopefully it is something simple that I have missed. The only other thought I had is that my webhost cloudways recently offered Cloudflare enterprise and that could be a conflict but I have not turned that on.

Can you post a screenshot of the configuration requested by iCloud?

This will not show the DKIM record as that would be on and not
