What is the issue you’re encountering
We have switched email hosting providers and needed to change the CNAME to: autodiscover; autodiscover.outlook.com. It is not propogating even though the rest of our DNS changes have gone through.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have made the cloud from orange to grey as I saw on other forums, but that did not work.
