CNAME value has "is an alias of" prefix

Hello,

Added a CNAME record and get “is an alias of” put in front of the value.
I cannot remove it in order to just display the value.

Any suggestions?

It is descriptive text, not part of the value When you click in the record it just provides the record value. A CNAME is an alias, so the description is telling you what it is an alias of.
