CNAME value empty - shopify can't connect

Hi,

I want to use a subdomain shop.claritycannabis.ca for my Shopify site,
I tried both options:
1- Point the CNAME ‘shop’ to ‘shops.myshopify.com’, it didn’t work,
2- Following the article Using Cloudflare with Shopify
I tried to point the A record ‘shop’ to Shopify’s IP address, which is 23.227.38.32 according to their article (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/using-existing-domains/connecting-domains#add-an-existing-domain-to-your-shopify-store),

Didn’t work as well…

What Am I Doing Wrong? Please help me :slight_smile:

That CNAME responds for me. Is Shopify still showing an error?

scott$ host shop.claritycannabis.ca
shop.claritycannabis.ca is an alias for shops.myshopify.com.
shops.myshopify.com has address 23.227.38.64
