No CNAME record found, No TXT records found.

What is the issue you’re encountering

CNAME & TXT records that I’ve added are not getting resolved. I’m checking with popular lookup tools and none of the can see any record besides A records

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve updated the TTL to 1 minute, disabled the proxying but nothing worked

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

Go to one of the popular online NS lookup tools. Type supplycityllc.com, you will see No CNAME, no TXT records founds (only A record is visible)

You need to enter the whole hostname, not just the domain, so enter…
www.supplycityllc.com, em9339.supplycityllc.com, s1._domainkey.supplycityllc.com, etc into the tester.

The apex record and www resolve ok, the others don’t…

In the Cloudflare DNS the name should only be entered as the subdomain part, such as em9339, s1._domainkey, _dmarc, etc, unless you really want to create records for supplycityllc.supplycityllc.com.
