CNAME Records not working with Twilio or Intercom

Expected CNAME for “em4604.outreachly.ai” to match “u46426457.wl208.sendgrid.net”.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Adding CNAME records to outreachly.ai for Sendgrid (Twilio) and also Intercom but they are not propogating. The CNAME record for Intercom (outbound.intercom) also has this warning in addition to not being seen / verified: This hostname is not covered by a certificate. To ensure full coverage, purchase Advanced Certificate Manager to use Total TLS for full certificate coverage of proxied hostnames.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted Support of Intercom and Twilio who refer me to Cloudflare

DNS not responding/updating

Change the Proxy Status of those CNAME records from Proxied :orange: to DNS Only :grey:.
