CNAME Records Not Propogating All Of A Sudden

I’m white labeling a SaaS platform and they gave me 5 CNAME records to input and the records are not propagating into AWS.

Here are the records they gave me. Can you tell me why this is not working?

Step 2. In the Record Name put this record - _537e3af5bcf93615aa59a639955989cb.

(Copy everything from the underscore to the period)

Step 3. In the Record Value put - _2ee73620656ba6d536165ad518f90f08…
Step 4. In the Record Name put this record - my

Step 5. In the Record Value put - [magnfi-prod-web-543460854…

I can’t use links in the post so i can’t finish the records.

What’s the domain?

Didn’t you say _537e3af5bcf93615aa59a639955989cb?

yes i couldn’t type the full records in the chat…it wouldn’t let me

Apparently those two records are not propagating with AWS and it happened all of a sudden out of nowhere…they were working for the last three months.

Well, that hostname does resolve → DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool

The hostname resolves but only those two cnames do not.

Which CNAME records?

Do you expect me to type this now?

lol no but it wont let me copy and paste in here

That hostname resolves as well → DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool

It’s proxied however. Unproxy if you need a CNAME record.

So you are saying they should be resolving correctly now?

If you unproxied them and waited for propagation.

I didn’t do anything they were all unproxied and then all of a sudden stopped working out of nowhere. It was very strange.

Well, they are still proxied.
