Cname records not adding

I have a mail server and need to point imap, pop, smtp and webmail cname records there. My third party SEM/Web manager is telling me it is done but I see no cname records. Is there any reason why this won’t work on Cloudfare? 1 of the 4 cname records to be added, provided by my mail server manager, are shown below (thanks to thjs editor thinking they are links…) .

Please add the following CNAME records for your branding to work

Alias Host Canonical Host TTL

imap.coastalfoamandinsulation.com. us2.imap.mailhostbox.com. 1 day

If this doesn’t work, what do I need to do instead?

It looks like you :orange: Proxied them. They should be :grey: DNS Only.
