Hi,

CNAME records for none of our domains using cloudlfare show on whatsmydns

Need it to work to verify DKIM/SPF for emails.

Bought pro plan but only bot replies that I have only free support.

Can you please check?

Are yor CNAME records :orange: or :grey:?

You will likely want CNAMEs for DKIM to be :grey:.

@jacob5 I just wanted to update you re: the ticket form - we just found & fixed a couple of issues impacting some Pro customers intermittently - that should be resolved now.
