The domain isn’t using Cloudflare nameservers so your Cloudflare DNS records aren’t being used…

Also there are no Cloudflare nameservers resolving for your domain so likely you haven’t selected a plan and your Cloudflare zone status is “Finish Setup”. Check your domain’s “Overview” page in the dashboard if unsure.
