CNAME records are pushing through as A records

I am not able to verify cname records with my CRM. This is the message from the CRM support:

“Unfortunately I can’t do much from my end as this appears to be an issue on the Cloudflare side as the CNAME records are pushing through as A records instead of CNAME, which is why we can’t validate the records in Sendgrid.”

You probably need to change the CNAME from :orange: to :grey: in the DNS tab.
