CNAME record not working

Our CNAME records which used to work yesterday are no longer working today. The backend servers can be reached and are active. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

For starters having the actual record would help, without any info like this it’s almost impossible to help in any way apart from throwing out guesses.

The name server records were changed from the domain hosting provider. Fixed by repointing back to cloudflare name servers
