I have set up a new CNAME over 5 hours ago now and it is still not redirecting or validate with Pardot. I’m trying to point a subdomain: go.hireclix.com to a Pardot url: go.pardot.com
Is there something wrong with my CNAME/Subdomain setup?
If it is for validation, make sure the record in question is not proxied, but 
instead.

Thanks! That seemed to work for me. What is the difference between the proxied and DNS only option?
