CNAME record not updating (DKIM)

I’ve migrated my DNS from gandi.net, but I use protonmail to handle my email for the domain. Protonmail has reported that the required CNAME record for the DKIM signature to be missing. Upon doing a digg, I see that this is the case, but when I review my Cloudflare dashboard, it reports that these CNAME records are there. What could be the issue?

Are the DKIM records set to DNS-Only? They can’t be proxied.

If that does not fix the issue, you would net to share the actual name of the record and your domain for anyone to be able to look into it.

It was exactly that. If found the UI non-obvious; didn’t realize that was a switch as that was my only record type on the DNS.
