I’ve added all the necessary DNS records (A,MXTXTSRV, and CNAME) in Cloudflare as per the DNS instructions provided by Microsoft for validating my domain with Office 365 email services. While the A, MX, TXT, and SRV records have been added successfully and are visible publicly, but the CNAME record is still not showing up.
This issue has persisted for over a month, and despite filing a support ticket with Cloudflare, I haven’t received any response yet.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Note: I’ve with tried in Cloudflare with proxy and without proxy.
