We are trying to add a subdomain for GoHighLevel, but the CNAME record is not verifying although already added. Error: Couldn’t find a CNAME/A record pointing selling to sites.ludicrous.cloud/162.159.140.166
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Contacted GoHighLevel support and they said to ask Cloudflare why the DNS records have not propagated.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
For your DNS records, they are returning as proxied by Cloudflare. You may need to set them to “DNS only” for GHL to verify they are set correctly. Once done, if you use just the CNAME and not the A record, then set them back to being proxied, you can benefit from O2O…
selling doesn’t appear to have any DNS records so check that. If unsure, show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records.
Your domain status is “Finish setup”, you may be in a different Cloudflare account from the one where your domain is currently active and may not have selected a plan. If unsure, show a screenshot of the whole of the “Overview” page for the domain.
