Links are seperated because of Cloudflare did not permit to send links!

Please post a screenshot of that DNS record in your dashboard. If you can click the “Edit” link to expand that entry for the screenshot, that would be even better.

Hi

This is a good mystery…

If you scroll down on that DNS page, the Name Servers for your zone are Kay and Rudy?

Yes
kay.ns.Cloudflare
|—|—|
rudy.ns.Cloudflare

Send a message to support AT cloudflare DOT com and post the ticket # here.

If no other @MVP members spot the problem, we’ll escalate that ticket so it gets reopened and investigated.

Appears fine for me - sounds like you might just have CNAME flattening enabled?

Good catch. I only checked to see if it got flattened as an “A” record.

Hi
would you describe me a few more?
i can not found what is the problem and how it’s ok for your test

On the same DNS page, there should be a “Flatten CNAMEs” section. “Flatten at root only” is the default setting. You may have set it to “Flatten all CNAMEs”, which is generally not necessary.

This option is disabled for me.

My root domain is set as cname record. it’s reason of disable that?

Did you used to have a paid plan, then downgrade to a free plan?

May. more than 2 years ago

Post that ticket # here, and add a reply on your ticket describing that you need CNAME Flattening disabled on your Free account because it was enabled when it was a paid account.

Ticket #2511385

Got it. I’ve added that ticket to the escalation queue with a description. Support will reopen the ticket and investigate it.

But it seems disable on any account.
i checked other account that is not paid before.
flatten setting is on default but it is not enable so.
