I’m trying to set up our CNAME record. Our email host says it needs to be as follows:

emdomainkeyYourDomaincom CNAME dkimemailcampaignsnet

I created a CNAME record with the name as the em… part and the target as the dkim part…

Our email host says this is wrong. I tried to add our domain after emdomainkey but it doesn’t stay when I save.

What do I need to do to fix this as our email host suggests?

Can you show a screenshot of what you have set in the Cloudflare DNS and what you are being asked to set by your host, along with the domain name as it isn’t clear from your post.

Yes it wouldn’t let me post the links for some reason so here you go. Our domain is lifenews(dot)com

Switch the proxy status from “Proxied” to “DNS only”.
