Cname not updating the way it should be

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cname record is not configuring with the odoo documentation

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Based on odoo documentation, they have asked me to add 2 cnames. One point to my naked domain and the other should be to my odoo website.

By their instructions you should have the www record (pointing to the oodo subdomain) set to “DNS only” and the newgenerationet.com apex record set to “Proxied” - you have them the other way round.

still showing the same error. odoo also needs the one that points to odoo to show www.newgeneratioet.com but i can’t seem to change that. it just returns to www

That is a typo, it is missing the n near the end. If that was in your redirect or DNS, that might have been your problem. Seems to work for me at the moment. If not for you, flush your browser cache or try incognito/private mode.

Also the 3 NS records don’t do anything so you can delete those.
