CNAME not changing

Hi there! Have checked other posts and can’t find anything else similar.

I have been trying to set a CNAME record, as referenced in this Freeagent support article, however it’s been over 48 hours and their system hasn’t detect a change in it (the TXT change has worked though).

They say that if it hasn’t changed after 48 hours, to contact your DNS folk!

Unproxy the CNAME record → switch it to :grey:

Hey, thanks for the reply. So to switch it from ‘Proxied’ to ‘DNS only’?
