CNAME is not working for me

Hello,

I have the domain karlalucena.com.br it is a page that redirects to pages.karlalucena.com.br

My CNAME www points to karlalucena.com.br (subdomain www points to root) but when accessing karlalucena.com.br and www.karlalucena.com.br the result is different

So, which one is right?

Root (karla lucena.com.br) and I would like my CNAME (www) subdomain to be redirected to the same location as root, but that’s not happening
