CNAME is not getting updated

I have two business accounts one for and another for, I have configured a CNAME “mail” with target as whenever I’m checking on dns checker for first website its working but same CNAME with same target from another account not working.

Any help will be really appreciated.

As it’s been a while and changes should have propagated, is it still not working?
