CNAME for Zendesk

I am trying to add a CNAME for using a subdomain fir my Zendesk support desk. I have followed the instructions provided by Zendesk here - Host mapping - Changing the URL of your help center – Zendesk help

But Keep getting a content for CNAME not valid 1004 error.

I have looked at other posts and made sure I had the orange cloud changed to grey, etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Can you post a screenshot of what you’re typing into the CNAME fields?

The target should be fitforever.zendesk.com without the https:// and trailing /
