CNAME Flattening not reaching destination

Hi Everyone

I am trying to point my root domain (mystudentrecruitment .com) to a Salesforce site, which requires a CNAME record, and therefore CNAME flattening. However, it’s not reaching the site. In my dashboard, the setting is to Flatten CNAME at root.

Any ideas what could be happening?

Thank you for asking.

I’d suggest you to try setting that particualr CNAME to (DNS-only), therefore Salesforce could see the actual CNAME value.

Furthermore, that naked-domain at Salesforce should have a proper SSL certificate for your hostname.
