Tried to contact Live chat but seems like that is not going to happen

1. Do I need to use CNAME flatening or is that done at the DNS AUthority
2. is my setup correct
3. If I install an origin certificate will it work before I add the CNAME to the DNS AUthority…or do I need to wait?
4. in the future how can i get Live Chat…it seems to be an ongoing issue. I paid extra to get live Chat…why do I need to jump thru hoops to get it???

GoDaddy is the DNS Authority and does not allow CNAME flattening…how exactly do I set theis up in Cloudflare? Can you give me an example of the record I need to add?
