I tried to assign my CNAME to my website “jonepoh.photonesto.com” , but it ended up redirect me to heroku website, I’ve no idea why, please help. Thanks!

jonepoh.com is not using Cloudflare nameservers.

jonepoh.photonesto.com is not in the jonepoh.com zone. If jonepoh.com is your domain and you meant to create a DNS record there is would be something. jonepoh.com are you sure you have the right domain and hostnames you are trying to test?
also jonepoh.photonesto.com points to heroku so… it’s pointed to the right place.
I owned this domain for sure, with cloudflare, while ( jonepoh.photonesto. com ) is my photo publishing website ( something like flickr ) , I would like to use my domain ( jonepoh.com ) , to point to that url, is it possible? I’ve created both CNAME ( root / www ) and pointed to ( jonepoh.photonesto. com ) . Btw, ( jonepoh.photonesto. com ) is definitelty nothing to do with ‘heroku’, I’ve no idea why this happened in a weird way.
