CNAME doesnt seems to work

I have several projects i want to access via sub domains. everything is behind a Nginx proxy.

The root domain (A record) does works.
Only my CNAME’s doesn’t work.

I have 2 CNAME’s:
“*” (wildcard) > pointing to my root domain
“www” > point to my root domain

both are not working. I get status 522 on al my subdomains and www.miguelbilliet.be

Cloudflare DNS records:

miguelbilliet.be does not respond to connections on port 80 or 443. Ensure your origin server / firewall are confgured to accept inbound connections from the internet.
