CNAME Doesn't resolve using G Suite Toolbox Dig

I added new CNAME records some time ago and they do not resolve with the G Suite Toolbox Dig - other records resolve just fine. Flatten the CNAME at the root is utilized.

The records are set to DNS only. I’ve also tried with Proxied - and neither will resolve. Records are currently set to DNS only.

There is no screenshot, but if that record is for “@” then it will always get flattened. At the naked domain you cannot have a CNAME record.

Thank you so much for that. The vendor of the service says it doesn’t show up on the G Suite Toolbox, so it’s not resolving … how can I best communicate to them that it is fine?

In your screenshot you are not resolving the CNAME records but the naked domain.
