CNAME Cross-User Banned
my cname is banned
i try to change to another sub domain, but it still doesn’t works.

Double-check and make sure to switch the proxied 
to unproxied 
(DNS-only).
You’ll have to ask whoever is hosting that target for clarification as you’re using a CNAME records that points to a Cloudflare account already, which as 1014 error explains is not allowed to host external CNAMEs.
Seems like you’re using some 3rd-party service which is on Cloudflare.

it’s already proxied only.
i give a cloudflare config from the target (dns.uteach.io).
my dns was blocked, and they don’t know why my dns is blocked
