CNAME Cross-User Banned - Triggering firewall?

I’ve successfully added my Cloudflare nameservers to my Godaddy site, but when I go to my site, I get this:

Error 1014
CNAME Cross-User Banned

You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is prohibited by security policy.

How do I fix this issue?

That’s pretty much it. You have a CNAME that points to a hostname in a different Cloudflare account. You can only do this if the destination is on a Business or Enterprise plan and they’ve configured their account to allow you CNAME access.

Thanks. The destination is Kajabi, so I imagine they have an Enterprise plan. So what you’re saying is the issue could be on Kajabi’s end for allowing me CNAME access?
