Hi Community!
I’m the owner of the domain example.com and more than a year ago I created a CNAME called my-academy (in Cloudflare) pointing to my-academy.thinkific.com.
So, my-academy.example.com should point to my-academy.thinkific.com.
This has been working perfectly for more than a year. However, a few hours ago, our students started reporting that the website was offline. It stopped working unexpectedly without any apparent reason.
This is what I get when I go to my-academy.example.com:
