CNAME Cross-User Banned pointing to Auth0 tenant

Hello Community,

Today we’re facing an issue by verifying our custom domain with Auth0, when we point from ‘auth.cubo.land’ to the auth0 tenant it shows the error Cross-User Banned, our CNAME is not proxied and the Cross-User-Error is provoking that the auth0 verification fails.

we have already spoken with the auth0, and they say that our domain seems to be banned from Cloudflare, since we’re in the free plan we’d love to know what is happening here, this is provoking that our users can not authenticate and therefore could not use our app.
