When you are using CNAME to point to someone else’s infrastructure, in this particular case, Instapage, with a CNAME to e.g., then the Custom Domain you want to use on Instapage MUST be configured from Instapage’s end first.

Until the configuration from Instapage has been done properly, to allow you to CNAME to them, you will see the mentioned Error 1014: CNAME Cross-User Banned.

That said, -

Looking at your website address from above, I can add that the www variant is working perfectly fine from my end.
