We got an email or the renewal of the SSL and needed to create a CNAME for it.
All working fine for the CNAME check.
But we are still unable to renew the SS with the following error:
An error occurred while attempting to validate your domain. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.
Created a support ticket but no response so far. Deadline is this friday.
What else can we do to get this resolved fast?
Sometimes that error message is a false positive. Have you checked the Edge Certificates in the SSL/TLS section of the dashboard to see if there’s actually an issue?
Weird part was we got a renewal mail. Informed the client for the cname.
2 weeks later a new mail for the same renewal but different CNAME code.
But indeed today all working fine and it got renewed.
