We have changed hosting for a custom, employee site. I entered the changes to the CNAME records for the root of the domain and www. But, the URLs continue to redirect to the old host.
Are you able to provide the domain in question. Or perhaps a support ticket already in place I can find?

I can see that you have a Page Rule in place being triggered that is 301 redirecting:

If you do not want to redirect as seen above, then you’ll want to disable the Page Rule.
