CNAME autodiscover record not being seen

Hi everyone. I was hoping to get help with a DNS issue I’m having.

The domain is registered on and the name servers are of course, Cloudflare. THe email service Smarsh has requested I add the DNS CNAME record
with the address pointing to their email server.

The record has been there for two weeks and mxtoolbox still can’t see it. People are having issues setting up emails.

Did I do something wrong?

It’s probably set to :orange: Proxied. Try setting it to :grey: DNS Only.
