CNAME from a different cloudflare account sub-domain to my subdomain.

It is important that both domains are using cloudflare with different accounts, as these are different companies.
I have also tried creating 2 support tickets, yet nobody has bothered answering them.

You cannot CNAME between domains in 2 different Cloudflare accounts, hence the 1014 error. Either use A/AAAA records to point directly at the origin, or you will need to use Cloudflare for SaaS on the target domain.
