Hi there, my website at fergustheforager.co.uk is down, returning a 404 page when searched for. I contacted my webhistong platform, Krystals Hosting. They replied with the message below, which although potentially useful, to a non-tech person who really know nothing about website function, may as well be in Chinese. Can you help please?

"Hello Fergus,

Thanks for getting in touch, happy to help.

It looks like the website uses Cloudflare.

Would you please check the A Record for fergustheforager.co.uk at Cloudflare and make sure it points to 185.194.90.11 and not 77.72.0.194

Feel free to send me a screenshot of your DNS records at Cloudflare for review.

I strongly suspect that your Cloudflare records are pointing to the pre-migration server.

Kind regards,
Joe’

Many thanks,

Fergus

The 404 page is from your host so follow their advice.

Check in your Cloudflare dashboard DNS records that the A record is set as they say…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

You can send them a screenshot of that page (or post it here) to confirm.

Hey there, did a quick check. Yes you will need to change your IP.

You can use the steps here to change your IP:

Would also suggest you edit your post to remove your Origin IPs. :persevere:
