Do anyone have any resources to hire a Cloudflare expert to help us navigate Cloudflare?
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
If you have questions about specific Cloudflare things, this is a good place to ask them. While many here use Cloudflare in their service offerings or even provide consultative support, I don’t typically see any response to solicitations here. While that may not help you with a referral, it does make for a more relaxed, open, and supportive environment here in the Community.
