When run cloudflared tunnel login see browser authenticated my credentials but can not authorize zone addition

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Dont see any pending verification emails from cloudflare . Treid reseding email for veritifcation but the link I receive when clicked shows link expired. Not sure how to fix this issue

Also adding this when try to resend link and clicking on sent link in email does not work and validate my account .
