Clouflare not working with my site

There’s no error but website doesn’t work

What is the issue you’re encountering

The website is not displaying

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Get back to the original nameservers that point to my hosting company so I totally bypass Cloudflare

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I need to reinstate Cloudflare’s NS (edna and noah) so the website is not available anymore but this will harm me. I am in a cacth 22 situation
Please help

In what way does it not work?

The most common issue to getting “too many redirects” so check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

You can use Cloudflare nameservers and then press the “Pause Cloudflare” button to bypass the Cloudflare proxy, rather than keep changing nameservers.

The website doesn’t show up and yes, the browser message says “too many redirects” as you mention
I clicked on the link you suggested but I can’t see the option "Full (strict)”
Instead I am offered an option to activate the basic SSL certificate (I have the $0 plan) but the button “next” is dimmed, I can’t click on it

That’s the wrong page. The link I gave takes you to the correct page.

Otherwise select “SSL/TLS” then “Overview” in the side menu bar.

Eventually I found the option to select "Full (strict)” for the SSL certificate.
It’s working now
