Cloudways nameservers not propagating

What is the issue you’re encountering

Updating the nameservers on the registry end they are only propagating in about 4 countries after serveral days

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to reset the domains to the registry defaults which seems to work but then adding in the cloudflare nameservers they do not propogate and therefore cloudflare doesnt pick them up. I have been told by support from the registry they can see no zones set up for those nameservers. I want to move the domain over to cloudflare ideally.

That’s correct. You need to finish setting up the zone on Cloudflare.

Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ , select the domain and follow the instructions. Also check that you spelled the domain correctly on Cloudflare.
