Cloudlfare Turnstile Login not working with DuckDuckGo

Hi, some of my customers have complained about being unable to log in using DuckDuckGo. I have also tested on my website and the New registration form loaded fine, but the Login form just kept spinning when DuckDuckGo was used. Can someone please get back to me and let me know if there is an issue with this and if it can be fixed? Thank you.

Is that using the browser or chrome plugin? Either way, we have seen issues with ad blockers preventing cloudflare turnstile from working properly and it seems like that’s happening here. You can try asking them to clearing cache or incognito mode, my gut says that won’t make a difference. You may want to ask them to try chrome or chrome without the duckduckgo plugin to see they still encounter the issue.

I believe ad blockers can be disabled on a per-site basis. So, maybe simply disabling DuckDuckGo on the site in question might be another quick test that can be done.

Hi, thank you. Will you be making any fixes to Turnstile so it is compatible? I have tested it myself and on Chrome without the DuckDuckGo extension it works fine - as soon as I turn on the extension it doesn’t. I have a busy multi-vendor e-commerce website, and I’ll be losing customers and vendors if login is difficult or impossible for them so I can’t ask each one to turn it off on a per-site basis.

So it’s the extension that is blocking it.

As it is the extension, perhaps contacting DDG about the issue is a good option here.

Yes, I believe it is an incompatibility with the extension, and only on the login form - not the registration form! I will contact DuckDuckGo and see what they say too. I have just disabled it for now as I can’t afford to lose customers.
