Cloudlare service and block country

Hi Please,
I would like to know to block a country, do I need first to change DNS to yours? is that mandatory??

Do I have to pay also services for using cloudflare to block specific countries,? I only want to use that service.

Yes, or your host provider needs to be a Cloudflare partner and offer their firewall. I am not sure if they do.

Please when I have to put the new DNS 1) jimmy.ns.cloudflare.com and 2) pearl.ns.cloudflare.com
the registrant company ask me to put also IP , so which IP I have to put to that DNS (that I worte in 1 and 2 ) ??
