Cloudflare's IP list contains IPs producing non-Cloudflare bot traffic?

I just used this reference to whitelist the Cloudflare IPs in Wordfence:

IP Ranges

However, (at least) one of the ranges specified:

162.158.0.0/15

Contains non-Cloudflare traffic, in this case Zoominfo bot:

162.158.78.58 - - [09/Jun/2020:18:50:19 +0000] “GET / HTTP/1.1” 200 15495 “-” “ZoominfoBot (zoominfobot at zoominfo dot com)” 6529

Is the list non-exclusive to Cloudflare? Does this list contain any other non-Cloudflare IPs?

Those are Cloudflare P addresses. You need to restore the original visitor IP address in your logs.
