I am using a self hosted file sharing app that creates a long link that has a “#” in middle. After completing the OTP, it only passes through the link before the “#” and cuts off the rest. Therefore making the link useless.
Meaning, after successfully passing the Zero Trust Access page, you’re redirected to some other domain or? 
What’s set to the default custom domain URL for your self-hosted application?
I’ve got #myhash added to the Path field and it’s working fine once it’s selected:
You’ve got some Query params in the URL or?
You can always bookmark the true URL in your Web browser, and once ZT Access page is passed, click the bookmarked URL and you’re good to go.
