I have implemented “Cloudflared” tunnel :
I have received from Cloudflared.exe a new URL , from which I can connect my website from the Internet.
Once I did CNAME to the Free URL, it showing error message 1014.
how can I fix it? Should I purchase a Business license?

This sounds like you created a CNAME to a hostname in a different Cloudflare account.
If TFA means Two-Factor Authentication, you can use Access to email a login code to the visitor.
