I have created a Windows script to backup my zones settings.
This is available on GitHub: GitHub - freitasm/CloudflareBackup: A script to create Cloudflare configuration backups.
The script is simple to use. It needs some small changes to customise for your account.
It creates a backup of multiple zones, generating a folder structure based on domain name and backup date:

At some point I will update the script to need the account email and API key only, parsing all the rest from the account and automating the process. For now, it’s a quick way to get a backup of most settings (
