一、问题描述
我在使用 Cloudflare 服务时遇到了难题。我的域名是 666707.xyz 。之前由于账户存在未结清余额,在执行添加域名等操作时,系统给出这样的提示:“could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.” 。
之后我按要求结清了账单,但是在 48 小时后再次尝试添加域名,依旧收到同样的错误提示。目前该域名无法进入活动状态,相关设置也无法进行。

I have already paid all outstanding balances and submitted a support ticket. Just now, I double-checked the Billing page to ensure that everything is paid in full. However, despite several days passing, I am still unable to use my domain 666707.xyz on Cloudflare and keep receiving the same error message. I believe the ticket number is 01359016. As stated on the support page, it says, “Your request (01359016) has been submitted, and we will be contacting you soon.”

I have already paid the bill in full for over 16 days, yet I still can’t use my domain. No more tickets are necessary, that just slows replies to the time of last ticket, I will flag those for my colleagues in Support
