Dear Cloudflare Support Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue we are experiencing with Cloudflare Zero Trust. Our team members are encountering an “invalid session” error when trying to access an application using the email verification code. This issue occurs even though the code entered is correct. We have identified that the problem arises when users submit the verification form multiple times. It seems that the session becomes invalid if the form is submitted more than once before the initial session is validated. To resolve this issue, we kindly request that the submit button on the verification form be disabled after it has been submitted once. This would prevent users from inadvertently submitting the form multiple times and encountering the invalid session error.
